Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged per order: Rs. 60 for addresses inside Kerala and Rs. 80 for addresses outside Kerala. The charge is worked out from your delivery pincode and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Receiving your parcel
Please record a continuous video while you open your parcel for the first time (see the unboxing video requirement in our Cancellation & Refund Policy). If the parcel looks tampered with or the item is damaged, do not stop recording and contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@evariajewels.shop.
Wrong address
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
