Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in colour or design may occur. We may change prices or product availability at any time. If a product is out of stock, it will be shown as Out of Stock and cannot be ordered.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after your payment is successful. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid.
Online payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
No returns, replacement only
We do not accept returns of products. A replacement is provided only when the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a shipping defect. A continuous unboxing video, recorded from before the parcel is opened, is a must for any replacement request, and the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read that policy before ordering, as it forms part of these terms.
